online Retreat

Step away from the pace of everyday life and join Jon Bernie for a three-day online retreat.

Retreats offer an opportunity to settle more deeply into meditation, inquiry, and embodied awareness while remaining in the comfort of your own home. Together, we create a spacious environment for slowing down, listening deeply, and exploring life with greater clarity and presence.

Whether you’re familiar with Jon’s work or attending for the first time, you’re warmly welcome.

Jon is a master at meeting each person where they are, and helping them to uncover the healing that they need in that moment.”
— Kevin M.

I appreciated the wonderful openness of Jon and all the participants. I found the whole event very powerful in ways I didn’t expect from an online experience. It was all very intimate and honest.”

Setting aside dedicated time changes the quality of practice.

Without the usual pace and distractions of everyday life, many people find it easier to settle into awareness, reconnect with themselves, and explore their experience more deeply.

Practicing together over several days also creates a sense of continuity that allows insight and understanding to unfold naturally.

Jon’s teachings have allowed me to tune into presence, and discover that presence is not dead, static, or absent, but actually unfolding, emerging, and alive.
Nicole

No previous experience with meditation or Jon’s work is required.

Some participants have been practicing for many years, while others are simply looking for a quieter, more intentional way to reconnect with themselves.

You are welcome to participate in the dialogue or simply sit, listen, and observe.

I felt like I was … coming home to my own loving heart. I was no longer abandoning myself.
Barbara

Jon’s work isn’t about fixing or enlightening yourself into a preferred version of who you are. It’s about discovering a more natural, authentic way of being yourself.

Drawing on more than fifty years of contemplative practice and teaching, his approach integrates meditation, embodied awareness, self-inquiry, and healing into a living exploration of what it means to be fully human.

The emphasis is not on adopting beliefs or pursuing special experiences, but on cultivating awareness through direct experience and bringing that awareness into everyday life.

Your contribution helps us to cotinue offering transformational experiences for all.
